The term ‘you’ or ‘your’ refers to the user or viewer of this website. The term ‘brands’ or “the Brands” or ‘they‘ refers to the stakeholders of the brands themselves who are responsible for maintaining and delivering the products independently. Any company names or brand names listed are their own entities and may or may not be affiliated with or part of the same parent company as “by Mera-ki”, namely Meraki Concept & Enterprise.

Order Policies

The buyer must provide the complete and accurate recipient address without errors. We shall not be held responsible for missing parcels or delivery delays. “by Mera-ki” reserves the right to reject or refund orders at our discretion.

By completing your order, you consent to be bound by our terms and conditions found on this page and anywhere on our website. Submitting your order signifies your acceptance of the terms and conditions, as well as the order contents. Your order submission is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to notify you that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.

All sales are final once orders are placed by the customer. Changes will not be possible, and orders will be processed within 2-5 business days or longer, depending on the prevailing circumstances at the time of order placement. The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information for courier purposes.

Product Disclaimers & Allergen Information

Every product from “Arbatel Apotheca” is meticulously crafted using organic ingredients, including dried and fresh herbs as well as fruits. These products are entirely free from artificial dyes and fragrances, aligning with our commitment to natural and wholesome components.

Please note that “Arbatel Apotheca” products are not intended to cure or treat ailments, injuries, or illnesses. We advise all users to conduct a patch test with our oils before regular application and to contact us with any inquiries about potential allergens. Prior to making a purchase, it is the responsibility of the customer to communicate any personal allergens or sensitivities to us.

The typical shelf life of “Arbatel Apotheca” products is approximately 6 to 8 months. We want to emphasize that these items are not suitable for consumption and should not be ingested unless stated otherwise.

Allergen Information

All the items listed as available in our (“by Mera-ki”) inventory are made and/or packaged within an environment that is safe for pets.

However, we want to bring to your attention that there is a possibility of cross-contamination with certain substances. Specifically, we cannot guarantee the prevention of cross-contamination with nuts, tree nuts, eggs, animal fur, and sesame. While our products themselves may not include these elements in their composition, the production and packaging processes occur in spaces that have been exposed to these substances.

If you have any concerns about allergen information, we encourage you to get in touch with us before making a purchase. We will be more than happy to provide you with the exact details you need.

Shipping Policies
  • The following applies to items shipped from our inventory and/or warehouse. This will be indicated on the product page.
  • All shipping and deliveries are facilitated by EasyParcel and their partners. Once parcels are handed over to the courier companies, “by Mera-ki” will no longer be responsible for their condition or any changes or deterioration during transit or afterward.
  • “by Mera-ki” will ensure all parcels are properly packed and in good condition before handing over the parcels to the courier companies. This means that we will inspect and we may take photos of the items before shipping them out. We will also affix a “fragile” sticker to instruct courier staff to handle the parcel with care. More information is available in the Returning and Refunding Policies section.
  • Once the parcel is shipped from our end, the responsibility for the parcel lies with the courier service. However, we will do our best to liaise with the courier service on behalf of the customer.
  • To ensure smooth delivery, accurate shipping details must be provided. “by Mera-ki” will not be responsible for missing, lost, or undeliverable parcels if inaccurate shipping details are the primary cause. Moreover, “by Mera-ki” reserves the right to cancel and provide a partial refund for the orders if shipping details are intentionally entered incorrectly to obtain free or discounted shipping.
  • Changes in the courier company used can occur without prior notice. The actual delivery fee (including packaging and posting efforts) charged by us is the same as the price displayed on the cart page. The final courier company handling the parcel will be indicated in the tracking information on your account page.
Local Deliveries (Malaysia)

Local deliveries are available based on postcodes within reach of EasyParcel’s courier partner. If “EasyParcel” shipping charges are not shown, you must contact us before ordering to confirm delivery eligibility. If an order is placed before shipping eligibility is confirmed, “by Mera-ki” reserves the right to cancel and/or refund the order. Any “Free shipping” labels on bymera-ki.com do not guarantee free shipping or eligibility for shipping to the specified location in your address; this label only indicates eligibility for free shipping to specific locations.

International Shipping

International shipping services are subject to availability and may incur a handling fee, which will be quoted upon inquiry. “by Mera-ki” will not be responsible for any customs payments during shipment. For customs procedures and CIF values chargeable for clearance fees, please consult the official customs website of your country. CIF information for Singapore and Australia can be found on their respective websites. Any “Free shipping” labels on bymera-ki.com do not guarantee free shipping or eligibility for shipping to the specified location in your address; this label only indicates eligibility for free shipping to specific locations. Unless the free shipping option is listed or free shipping coupons are provided, shipping fees are borne by the customers.

Returning and Refunding Policies

  • It is important to note that all sales are final.
  • Conditions:
    • No defects/Correct Order – All orders are not refundable and/or exchangeable once it is sold.
    • Major defects/Wrong Order; caused by “by Mera-ki” – Exchange is available if the box is not opened and the warranty seal is not broken. Return/exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery, otherwise, the requests will be denied.
    • Items not picked up (Klang Valley only) – All orders and deposits are not refundable.
  • If goods/products are determined by “by Mera-ki” to have been used or damaged by you and/or the recipient, returns, and exchanges will be denied, and no refund for the goods/product, shipping cost, or any related costs will be provided.
  • Exchanges can be arranged for items returned due to major defects or incorrect orders. We will inspect all items with photos and/or videos before dispatching replacement orders. This involves comparing evidence from both sides to determine the eligibility for returns and exchanges.
  • The responsibility lies with the sender to inform the recipient about the delivery. We are not accountable for orders that the recipient has refused to accept. Refunds will not be issued for parcels rejected by the recipient for any reason. This does not impact your statutory rights.
  • Allergic reactions experienced by the recipient to the items are not the responsibility of “by Mera-ki” and/or “the Brands”. We will include an allergen information note either on or inside the parcel as a notification. It remains at the discretion of the recipient to decide whether to proceed with opening the parcel or using the products sent to them.
     
  • This section on returning and refunding policies does not cover the Personal Shopping > International Products option. Please refer to the Product page for additional applicable terms and conditions regarding this option.

How to apply for returning and exchanges: 

Please be reminded that returning and exchanges are only applicable to wrong/defective items caused by “by Mera-ki”. 

  1. Send us photo proof of the defective/wrong item to ask@bymera-ki.com with the title “REFUND / RETURN – Order #XXXX”.
  2. After we confirm the availability for returning and/or exchange, please proceed to return the item through the following methods
    • Drop off at your closest drop-off point with instructions from us.
  3. Once we receive the items, we will send you a replacement (if applicable).
All returns are final and further requests will not be entertained.

  • Nudity/pornography, drugs, government/political issues, religion issues, intimidation/threat/violence issues, terrorism, any other issues that deemed to be unsuitable to be included in our website, and materials that go against Malaysia Government Law.
