We will ship out your items within 2-5 business days after we have received the payment. Once we have shipped out your order, you will be receiving a tracking number that will be attached to your order. If our processing times are delayed, we will notify you right away. If you need your order soon, please contact us before making the payment to inquire if we can perform immediate delivery/shipping. For international order, we will try our best to see what we can do for you.

Unfortunately, all sales are final. We are unable to offer any refunds, cancellations or exchange any of the products you have purchased. Please make sure that you have purchased the correct items before making the payment. We utterly appreciate your understanding.

We will try our best to help you. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address. We will be able to change your address if your order has not been processed yet. However, if the order has been processed, you may inquire the corresponding courier company to change the address with them. 

Please note that we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please double confirm that your shipping address is correct before placing your order and making payment.

Local Customers: We strongly encourage instant bank transferring the order amount to us as we can receive the fees immediate, provided that you have selected Instant Transfer while you are making the fees transferring. ATM Cash Deposits can be used as well but it will take about 1-5 days for verification before the order status can be updated as paid. For credit cards, we do have a payment gateway (Stripe) for that but there will be a gateway fee and that the fees will only be cleared from the account after 5 working days , which is why we do not recommend.

International Customers: We do encourage using instant banking transfer but usually it would take about 2-5 working days for the fees to reach us. For credit cards, please use the Stripe payment gateway (gateway fees applies; it takes 5 working days to clear the amount.)

Paypal Option: For Paypal users, we can request the fee from you via our Paypal account. However, kindly be notified that there will be a 10% handling fee for such request. 

Local Deliveries within Malaysia

You may calculate the shipping charges by the calculator at the cart page. All of the shipment charges are calculated by weight and ZIP code that is being shipped to. For locations where the calculator deemed unavailable, please contact us for more information.

If your location is not available, you will see the below screenshot showing up in your cart. Before placing the order, please contact us to check with other postal services to see if your location is available and if we can provide you the most suitable quotation for the shipping fee. Once you have confirmed that you would like to proceed, please check out and inform us. We will amend the order form with additional shipping fee and send you the email confirmation for the order so that you can proceed with the payment.

As the plug-in from EasyParcel is not sophisticated enough for us to customize the appearance, we are unable to make any changes to the naming of the courier used.

In any case, we would normally charge from RM8 and above (incl. packaging materials and efforts to post it). The courier option at the moment charges about the same fee. So, if you see that the courier company name has changed in the tracking detail, it is normal as we are selecting courier company based on which company we had chose to post out delivery that specific day. It does not affect your orders or your statutory rights.

We are using EasyParcel. They have a list of items which you may refer to for your order shipping and delivery that may be prohibited (domestically/internationally) and non-compensatory.

If you would like us to use another courier company that compensates for damages of beauty/cosmetic products caused by the courier staffs, please send us an email before placing an order. The shipping fee quotation will change accordingly as well.

Unfortunately, we are not responsible or liable for any delayed, lost or stolen packages during the transit, even if the packages are marked as ‘delivered’. We do not have any control over the management or task orders that is placed onto the courier staffs. Hence, it is advised that you contact your local post office or corresponding carrier immediately for more information. 

However, we can try to liaise with the courier company for compensation. Please note that our attempts to appeal may not guarantee successful results, especially when the items are non-compensatory.

By default, we make sure that we check and inspect all of the products before packing them for shipment/delivery. In some situation, we would take pictures / videos of the content as a proof before shipping out.

As listed in the T&C, we are not liable for the condition of the package once it has been handed over to the courier companies. Please make a claim with the corresponding company for your claims. 

Yes, you can self-pick up for FREE but you have to be punctual! This is available for Klang Valley customers only.(A refundable deposit of RM10 is required though.)

Once you have received an updated order status of “Completed” via email, please make an appointment with our Stockists before collection and make sure to keep us in the loop! We will drop off your order on every Saturdays (between 11am – 2pm)! How to select which day to collect:

  • If you had received the “Order Status: Completed” email on Monday – Friday
    –> Choose Saturday of same week or any day after
  • If you had received the “Order Status: Completed” email on Saturday – Sunday
    –> Choose Saturday of next week or any day after
For example,
~ If your order status is updated to “Completed” on (Tuesday), then you can pick any day after 26th September 2020 (Saturday of the same week; orders will be dropped off this date).
~ If your order status is updated to “Completed” on 27th September 2020, then you can pick any day after 2nd October 2020 (Saturday of next week; orders will be dropped off this date). 
 
* Holiday: While the orders will be processed on a business day, our Stockists may be open during certain holidays, please inquire to make sure.
** Orders must be collected no later than 15 mins of selected timeslot. If orders are not collected within 7 days, the order will be forfeited. Both the order and the deposit will not be refunded.

International Shipping

We are willing to try for you! Please contact us before you make an order. We will get in touch with you immediately. 

All international orders are subject to and may be charged customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. There might be additional custom charges for certain countries due to extended processing times for invalid or unclear parcel category and content declared. For custom procedures and CIF values chargeable for clearance fee, please visit the official custom website of your country. 

We are not responsible for any fees associated with import. These fees are not included in your purchase or shipping charges and must be paid by the parcel recipient.

All of the international orders will need to be cleared by the local customs of the recipient address first. They may hold onto your package for further inspections (or for other reasons). Please be informed that we do not have any contact with the customs or the control of their decision. Furthermore, once the package has left our country (Malaysia), we would not be able to track it until it reaches the destination. You may choose to inquire your local post office for more information about your order as we would not call or have contact with other post offices in other countries.
